ATREC - Advanced Regional Technical Education Center. ARTEC Charter School offers advanced professional technical programs of instruction to students in the Magic Valley and Wood River Valley areas. Idaho Youth Ranch - The Idaho Youth Ranch provides residential treatment, group homes, adoption and other services for troubled, disturbed, delinquent or abused children and adolescents.
