Due to road conditions and based on the the recommendation from the Minidoka County Highway Department, there will be no school on Thursday, January 11, 2024. This is an emergency closure day- it will NOT be an online learning day. Please note: the comments on our posts are not a place to be negative or critical towards other school district and decisions made about closing school. These are never easy decisions. Negative or derogatory comments will be deleted and/or comments will be turned off completely if needed.

It's time for Part 2 of the Ready! for Kindergarten Parent Workshop Monday, February 5 - Part 2 - Math & Reasoning Sign Up today - select your school of preference https://readyforkindergartenidaho.org/workshops/minidoka-brx3p-slt3r-4c9md Parents and caregivers of children between the ages 0-5 learn how to turn everyday moments into learning moments. Receive FREE educational tools at every workshop to make learning at home fun, easy and effective. This workshop is 90 minutes long, however, if a meal is included, please plan on attending for 2 hours.

Free childcare and dinner will be provided at the workshop, and you will go home FREE educational toys geared toward your child's age. Minico High School Ag Department has received a 4.9 million dollar grant from the State Department of Education Idaho Career Ready Opportunity. Today we held a ground breaking ceremony and heard from our special guest speaker, Debbie Critchfield.
