Hey Paul Community, starting this Monday, October 12th, we are kicking off our schoolwide comprehensive reading support (Panther Power Reading). Every student will receive specific, skill-based reading instruction from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Students will be in classes across the building because each teacher will address a specific reading skill. Students who arrive after 8:00 AM will work on Amira in our cafeteria during that time.

Flu Vaccine Info for students and staff: South Central Public Health will be at your child's school on Oct. 5th or 6th to offer the flu mist to students and the flu shot to staff (see schedule below). It is completely optional. If you want your student to receive the flu mist, you must fill out the consent form and send it with them that day complete with guardian signature and insurance info (if applicable). You may obtain the form from your child's school office (some schools will send one home), this link SCPHD Flu Mist Forms, or you can scan the QR code.

Please contact the Heyburn South Central Public Health office for questions re: cost for the flu vaccine at 208-678-8221.

Minidoka County School District is offering a FREE Early Childhood Special Education Screening for children ages 3–5 on September 25, 2026.

🍎 Great news for Minidoka families!

Minidoka County Joint School District will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). During the 2026–2027 school year, every enrolled student at participating district schools may receive one breakfast and one lunch each school day at no cost, regardless of household income.

Families will no longer need to complete annual free and reduced-price meal applications. Please review the attached information for participating schools, second-meal pricing, previous meal balances, and other important details.

Healthy meals help students arrive ready to learn, grow, and succeed!
