Kicked off Red Ribbon Week with some early morning special visitors. Drugs are CRAZY & that is just what we saw today. Lots of wild hair & socks!
We're excited to let you know that Red Ribbon Week is just around the corner, and we're gearing up for a week full of positive activities and important messages organized by our PTO.
Red Ribbon Week is a nationwide campaign that focuses on drug prevention and the importance of leading healthy, drug-free lives. This year, we have some fantastic activities planned for our students, including dress-up days, a special message from Mrs. Rigby & a collaborative art project by Mrs. Turner.
Don't forget - tomorrow is PICTURE DAY! We can't wait to see your bright smiling faces.

Parents and Caregivers of children ages 0-5 learn how to turn everyday moments into
learning moments. FREE educational toys geared to YOUR child's age are given upon
completion of each workshop! Share with anyone in the community with children ages 0-5

Students brought home FluMist papers on Thursday. Please fill it out, sign, and return the attached paperwork by Tuesday, October 3rd if you would like your child to receive the FluMist. Only children returning their signed paperwork will receive the FluMist. Additional questions? Give us a call...

Two days left before the Jog-A-Thon! Make sure you get out and gather those one time donations & pledges. All money needs to be turned in by October 4th.
WE WON! Thank you to everyone who participated in the SOUPER BOWL! We were able to donate 2424 cans from Acequia Elementary. We are excited to have the Minico football players & cheerleaders out to our school.
