Our cafeteria transformed into a spooky dining hall, thanks to our incredible lunch ladies, Kendra & Angelica! With crooked tables, skeleton hands serving up lunch, and an eerie ambiance, they made this Halloween lunch unforgettable. Huge thanks to our team for making lunchtime extra spectacular! 🎃🖤🍴

Mrs. Turner is bringing Halloween magic and bubbles to the classroom this season! From spooky crafts to skeleton dances, she makes creativity unforgettable. We’re so lucky to have you, and thank you for inspiring our students every day! 🎃🫧

Hello Acequia families! This year, we’ve decided to move the parade indoors to keep everyone comfortable and warm. Here’s what you need to know:
🚗 Parking: Please park out front in the loop & on the field.
📍 Where to Go: After checking in at the office, head to the gym, where parents can gather to watch the parade!
🎃Parade Details: Students will be parading through classrooms and around the gym so parents can enjoy their costumes up close! Can’t make it? We’ll be livestreaming on Instagram for all to enjoy remotely.
🕒 After the Parade: You’re welcome to take your child home early! Please notify both the office and their teacher before you leave.
Acequia t-shirts & sweatshirts will be for sale! We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Halloween! Stay warm. 🧡🖤

In case you didn't catch it in our Eagle News this month, parents are invited to come to the parade that will start promptly at 2:00 p.m. Please park in front of the school and on the gravel if you choose to come. Depending on weather, will determine where the parade happens. An additional Remind message will be sent tomorrow around noon with more specific details. Please also note costumes can be worn to school tomorrow. There are no weapons, full-face coverings including full face paint, or anything else that depicts blood or violence permitted throughout today. Masks may be worn during the parade as long as they follow the rules. Thank you for your cooperation!

Congrats to our top donation winners! The jog-a-thon was a huge success. Thank you again for your support & donations. Remi Cameron, Enzo Kane & Lily Carter were our top winners. Prizes included: principal for a day, a ride to school in a fire engine & a night staycation at the Hampton Inn!

Red Ribbon Week is here! Starting tomorrow, let’s celebrate a week of making healthy choices, showing our school spirit, and committing to a bright future. Each day, students will dress up to remind us all of the importance of making safe, healthy choices! ❤️
