The applications for the Idaho Empowerment Grant will open this Thursday. Through this grant, Idaho low-income families with children can receive up to $1,000 for tutoring, school supplies, computers, etc. The application is easy and the funds are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis, so families need to apply early.
