August 1st-5th Clinic Hours for Sports Physical Special: Twin Falls Clinics: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Burley: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Jerome: Tuesday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On these dates, the cost for a Sports Physical is only $10.00, and we will donate all $10.00 back to your school's athletic department. No appointments are necessary.
