Aug 4th at East Minico 1805 H St. Rupert from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Aug 5th at West Minico 155 S. 600 W. Paul from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m.
The clinics will be inside the school this year. Vaccines are due before kindergarten, 7th, and 12th grade (if not exempting).
Please bring vaccination records and insurance cards. Without insurance, the price of each vaccine is $20. Please click the link below for more information.

Welcome to East Minico BOYS Soccer 2025!! I look forward to the upcoming season and working with the boys. Now is the time to make sure Sports physicals are taken care and ready for the season so your boys can participate.
Monday August 4th is the first day of tryouts. 9am-11am.
Depending on the number of boys I may extend tryouts into our first practice that evening at 5pm -6:30 pm. So please have physicals ready when you show up.
Shin guards are required as well.
I will more information available at the first practice regarding season schedule and other gear and uniform expectations.
If your son makes the team Tuesday August 5th - Friday the 8th we will have two practices a day one at 9am and one at 5 pm.
I want to have my maximum number of boys on the team so we can have another great season. If you have some schedule conflicts to make all the practices please let me know the morning of tryouts and I will try and work with you.

We need our pirate parents to come to East on Wednesday, July 9th at 1:00. We need input on August's back-to-school night, the cell phone policy, and fundraisers for next year. We also need to discuss PTO leadership changes for next year. Please make every effort to be there. See you on Wednesday!
Happy Independence Day! Our cheer team had a good showing in the parade today. Thanks to these athletes and their coaches for representing our school so well!

While our teachers take time to regroup for the coming school year, our maintenance staff rolls up their sleeves for a lot of heavy lifting. They spend the entire summer refinishing floors, moving furniture, cleaning carpet, painting, and a hundred other unseen jobs. Look at that new shine!

Our 8th grade boys basketball team took on the staff today. The staff was victorious, winning by just 1 point. It was a hard-fought battle, and both teams had a great time.

After a week of decomposing, 6th graders opened up their biomass lab bags. Bags were filled with yard waste and food scraps. The goal, students now understand the process of how ethanol fuel is made! Mrs. Weikle is keeping things interesting in Science class!
