Each stop along the way brought something unique and exciting. From derby races in Kentucky, to pineapple taste testing in Hawaii, to the most incredible igloo and northern lights display in Alaska—it was all so thoughtfully planned. Students explored outdoor adventures in southern Utah and enjoyed rich western stories that brought learning to life in such a fun and memorable way.
It was a day full of joy, creativity, and connection—one that truly highlights the power of our school community.
Thank you to everyone who supported and helped make this day possible. We are so grateful for you and couldn’t have done it without you.

So grateful for staff who bring stories to life and make reading fun, memorable, and just a little bit silly.

From Harry Potter to Cat in the Hat and everything in between, our students reminded us that stories spark imagination, confidence, and joy. At Acequia, we don’t just read books… we become them.

Our Eagles showed up in patriotic colors today as we kicked off Read Across America week. We’re proud to be a school full of readers!

Let’s turn the page together… because at Acequia, we LOVE reading! ❤️📖
